Long Week

It wasn't as long as the week before, but it was long. I had MOPS on Monday after work. Shirlyn didn't come in to work. That caused all the work to fall on me other than when I had a break. Tuesday was the same and I came home really gumpy.

Wednesday she still didn't in again and I lead a bible study too. So by Thursday I was really tired.

David (my brother) has some possible big news. We have been discussing things together. All that has put my brain into over drive. I am a believer in truth especially when someone wants the truth. I hope he finds his truth.

Tonight I took Riley to Target to get things together to help him make his VIP poster. He has been picked to be his class VIP. That person gets to tell about himself and have special privileges. One of the days he can have someone come have lunch with him. I am going to try to work that out
I also bought shoes for Riley tonight too. The shoes I bought him last month are really too big. I could see that they were a problem for him.

I also got Shirlyn's little grand-daughter a Little Pony that has hair to be combed. Shirlyn told me that she likes to fix hair. She should love it for her birthday.

I am glad that I have three days off. I would also like to just go be by myself for a while. I wish I could take a trip overnight somewhere. A kind of retreat. I have Monday off, but not Dave, and boys go to daycare. The question as how I want to spend my day. A movie? A drive? I don't know yet what to do but something...
