Date Night

I worked in Enrollment Services today. It was a learning curve even though I have done it before. It began to come back though. So, when it was time to go home... the sun was shining and I felt like having some fun. So I called Dave and said "Let's go to dinner and the movies".

30 minutes later we were sitting in Panera Bread eating a half of a sandwich and some soup. Afterwards we decided to go to see "He Isn't That Into You". It was a different sort of a movie. It made me glad that I am not that young any more or dating. I could see or read that the "guys" or "gals" weren't into certain people. I think I guess I have learned a few things or that what was important when I was younger... such as being accepted by peers that don't deserve your acceptance... is over. I wish I could bring young girlfriends of mine together and say "just walk away... it isn't worth your time or dignity to try to make someone love you".

I better to get to bed now because I work tomorrow morning in the Welcome Center. They tell me it isn't busy on Saturdays. We will see. It is to be nice tomorrow, so we are hoping that we can go on another drive.
