FOR TODAY - February 23, 2009
Outside my window...the sun was gone again. There was darkening clouds in the sky which meant that there would be rain today.
I am thinking... what changes are taking place at work and to my job.
I am thankful for... for what I am learning. To pray in a powerful way.
From the kitchen... I make my lunch so that I don't have to buy lunch today. I made a casserole last night which will do nicely.
I am wearing...black pants, a read shirt, and a comfortable jean jacket.
I am creating... ways to organize my desk area which I had to move recently to another place in the house. And ways to organize my time because of changes at work.
I am going...to drive to work a little earlier today so that I can get some of my notes regarding how to process applications from when I worked in Admissions before I worked in Outreach.
I am reading...my Bible & a stack of magazines that I want to get through.
I am hoping...that the week goes by in a way where there is peace of mind and thankfulness. Lord, please show me your faithfulness.
I am hearing... Dave in the other room on a conference call.
Around the house...everything is still. The boys are with their mom, and Aaron is gone.
One of my favorite things... his watching the boys get up to a new day. I try to have the same joy as they do. I start to feel it when the warm shower water flows over me.
A few plans for the rest of the week... clean when I can, be creative where I can, study for my bible study on Wednesday night, be positive (when things are hard), and laugh more.

Hi Danna! Loved your post today. I have been to the Coronado many times. We love it there. Wish real estate wasn't so expensive there! Hope things stay wonderful in your world. Sending you big hugs!

Hi Danna1 I added myself as a follower and it squeezed my photo- very slimming! ;) I like the Del, too. Jessica went to UCSD so we spent a lot of time in La Jolla, Del Mar and San Diego. Have a great weekend and convince Dave there is such a thing as Friday Night Takeout! ;) (((Hugz)))
