Brrrrrrrr

OK, so it isn't snowing... yet. It is still cold outside. This morning I had to use the deicer spray on the windows of the car to get going. It takes a minute to get the windows all clear. This evening I had an event at Bellevue High School. Bellevue is on the eastside of Lake Washington. Seattle is on the westside. And the wetness in the air (even when it wasn't raining) was damp and cold. My hands and feet froze. I could bearly walk. Once in my car, I had the heater up and running.

Also, God answered prayers and Kari was able to get the apartment about half a mile away from us. It is the cutest apartment. It is a four plex, with a courtyard in the middle. The boys are excited to be living in the neighborhood where grandma and papa are, their daycare is, and where their school is also located. I stopped in to see them on their first night there, and they were so happy. I plan to go over there early in the morning with some of the boys clean clothes. Kari isn't all the way settled and so it is easy to help out.

I am going to bed now and warm up. Have a great Friday. The weekend is almost here. Hooray!
