Today we went to church and to my surprise, Jennifer Smith, one of the pastors at the church will be leaving at the end of January. She is one of the first people that Kari and I met. We were immediately felt a connection with her. I am not surprised when someone leaves. God has His plans. But I am going to miss her. I was going to be her bible study class on Wednesday nights. I will find out more later about what this all means. However, she has no plans and is waiting one God. That can be wonderful and scary all at the same time. I think most of us has been in a spot like that if you have lived a while. I will continue to pray for her. I feel that she will continue in working with women. She tells me that she didn't care for the idea when God placed her in that area in the church... and that doesn't surprise me either.
